It is our goal at Alexa’s Angels to provide you with quality product. We guarantee everything you buy from Alexa’s Angels to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased from us, please call us immediately. We will issue you a return authorization number to accompany your return of the unaltered product within 30 days. We will exchange your product, replace it, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
Please note that all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. We charge 10% of the order as a restocking fee (plus postage) on all refused orders, orders pulled but not paid for within a reasonable timeframe, and declined credit card orders.
