Payment Information

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Why is sales tax charged in Colorado?

Due to state law, we are required to charge sales tax to any shipments sent to a Colorado address.

Shipping

How can I check the status of my order?

Log in and go to "My Account." Under "Order History" you will find the current status of your order. For expedited tracking information, please call our toll free number: 1-877-264-3576

How long will it take my order to ship?

Your order will arrive in the allotted time frame of the shipping option you chose at the time of purchase. (Please allow extra time during the holiday season.) You will be notified if an item you have ordered is out of stock.

How will my shipment arrive?

Depending on the shipping option you selected at the time you placed your order, it will arrive by United States Postal System (an available option for orders under $50) or FedEx. For security reasons, orders over $50 are shipped by FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally. Please view our store locator for international stores that currently carry Alexa’s Angels products.

Returns / Exchange

How do I return/exchange an item?

We are only able to offer returns or exchanges for online purchases made through Alexas-Angels.com. It is our goal to provide you with quality products; therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call us within 30 days of the purchase for a refund or exchange. 

May I exchange a gift I received?

Provided the purchase was made through Alexas-Angels.com, we uphold a 30 day exchange policy. Please call 1-877-264-3576 to process your exchange/return.

Product Care

I have never heard of Rhodium. What is it?

We love Rhodium! It is a beautiful silver-white metal in the Platinum group of metals commonly used to durably plate jewelry. If not subject to excessive friction and wear, your piece will retain it's look indefinitely. We use Rhodium for almost all of our jewelry because of its brilliance and resistance to tarnish.

How do I care for Rhodium?

Simply buff with a clean, soft cloth. Never use any silver cleaners or chemicals (this includes jewelry cloths treated with chemical solutions). Avoid moisture and store your jewelry in an air-tight bag.

How do I care for Freshwater Pearls?

Care should be taken when cleaning Pearls. Do not dip the piece in a jewelry cleaner. This may cause the luster (nacre) of the Pearl to be removed. Dirty Pearls can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution. Never clean your Pearls with solutions that contain ammonia or harsh detergents. We recommend storing your jewelry in an air tight bag.

How do I care for Sterling Silver?

Silver tarnishes when exposed to air. This occurs more quickly in damp, foggy weather, but is inevitable in any climate. Your piece should be stored in an air-tight bag. Using a silver cleaning cloth, such as a Sunshine Polishing Cloth, will help remove the naturally occurring tarnish. Dipping our silver pieces in a cleaning solution is not recommended because this will remove the oxidation in any letters or design.

Rhodium and Sterling Silver look the same. Why are the Sterling Silver pieces more expensive?

Although both metals are part of the Platinum family and look very similar, they are different. Alexa's Angels uses Rhodium as a plating over copper or brass, while Sterling Silver is solid (or 92.5%) Sterling Silver.

Login Troubleshooting

I have registered, but do not remember my password. How may I obtain my login information?

Click on "Recover Password," found under the username field of the login area. Enter the email address you used at the time of registration, and you will be sent an email with a temporary password. Within 48 hours, click on the "Activate Password" link included in the email. 
To change your temporary password, login to "My Account" with the temporary password, and make the change in "Change Credentials."

When I try to login, I receive an error message saying, "Incorrect login data." What should I do?

This error message indicates that the information we have on file does not match what you have entered. Consider these options:

  • The system is case sensitive, so be sure to enter capital/lowercase letters according to your original selections. Double check your Num Lock key and Caps Lock key on your keyboard.
  • Many computers have a "remember password" feature. If you are using this and the information is pre-filling for you, try manually entering in your username and password.
  • Alexa's Angels has a consumer site and a wholesale site. If you are a retail customer logging in to purchase for yourself or a friend, go to Alexa's Angels Consumer Site.  If you are a wholesale customer logging in to buy for your retail store, go to Alexa's Angels Wholesale Site.
